What’s included in the camper van rental?Our camper van comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip – a double bed, cooking equipment, fridge, cooker, utensils, USB charging ports, USB-C charging port, toilet, shower, blow-up bed for the front seats, picnic basket and camping chairs. We also include a guidebook of recommended spots and helpful apps!

Do I need a special licence to drive the camper van?No special licence is needed. As long as you have a full UK driving licence (or equivalent international licence) and are over 25, you're good to go.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during summer and school holidays. However, last-minute bookings may be available – feel free to check!

What’s your cancellation policy?You can cancel up to 14 days before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given within 48 hours of departure.

What about insurance?Fully comprehensive insurance is included in your hire price, along with roadside assistance. A security deposit will be held (and returned in full assuming no issues).

How many people can the van sleep?The van comfortably sleeps two adults. If you’re travelling with a child or pet, let us know and we can advise on options.

Can I bring my pet?Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the van accordingly.

Is there a mileage limit?You have 150 miles per day included. Additional mileage is charged at £0.25 per mile.

Where can I park overnight?We provide a list of free and paid overnight parking options, including campsites, pub stops, and wild camping spots where permitted.

Do I need to return the van with a full tank?Yes, please return the van with a full tank of fuel, just as you received it. Charges apply for refuelling.

What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?You’ll have a direct contact number for support, and breakdown assistance is included as part of the insurance.

Can I leave my car with you during the rental?Yes, secure off-road parking is available while you're away. Just let us know in advance.
